Governance Document
The Governance Document of the Keck School of Medicine describes the organizational structure of the administration and the role of the major administrative officers and offices of the Keck School, the operations and role of the faculty representative body (the Keck School Faculty Council), the charge and operational structure of standing committees at the school, and the accepted procedure for changing the document. The current document was ratified by faculty vote, and approved by the provost in 2017.
