A book co-written by Amytis Towfighi, MD, associate professor of neurology (clinical scholar), was a Silver winner at the 2021 Independent Book Publishers Association’s Benjamin Franklin Awards.
The book, What You Must Know About Strokes: How to Recover from a Stroke and Prevent Another Stroke, co-written with Purdue University health and nutrition researcher Laura J.
