This retreat, held on Aug. 20, 2015, is intended for research investigators in all disciplines – the sciences, engineering, humanities and social sciences – to learn about the resources available to them at USC. Especially welcome are all new and junior faculty. For this retreat, the USC Center for Excellence in Research (CER) will bring together USC faculty and staff experts in specific areas to provide knowledge and first-hand experiences on topics such as leadership and management, mentoring and supervising, financial management and budgeting, laboratory safety and university resources.
